We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since kids grow fast, we generally recommend choosing one size larger if your child is between sizes to ensure a comfortable fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. You can initiate a return directly through our 'My Orders' section.
How long does shipping take within India?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.
Are the fabrics safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, at KidsCity.in, we prioritize comfort. Most of our apparel is made from 100% organic cotton and hypoallergenic fabrics to ensure they are gentle on your child's skin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
Can I track my order once it is shipped?
